These terms govern your use of Morrowell. We've kept them as plain as legal lets us. Please read them — they explain what we promise, what we don't, and how the relationship works.
By using Morrowell, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. We’ll surface material changes prominently before they take effect.
Give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 to use Morrowell.
If you suspect unauthorised access, tell us immediately at hello@morwl.com so we can lock things down.
Use Morrowell for lawful purposes only.
Don’t try to break, probe, or work around the platform’s security. Don’t scrape, crawl, or hammer the API without our written permission.
Don’t use the platform to push malware, manipulate markets, or violate applicable securities laws.
The platform — including code, design, content, and the things Morrowell generates from your data — is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes while you have a valid account.
You retain ownership of the holdings, theses, and notes you put into Morrowell. We process them on your behalf so the product works.
Morrowell is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing in the product is financial advice.
Holdings data, digests, theses, and research outputs are informational. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold anything.
Past performance — yours, an analyst’s, the market’s — doesn’t predict the future. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal.
You are responsible for your own decisions. Talk to a qualified professional before you act on anything you read here.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Morrowell will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or other intangible losses.
Market data and AI outputs are provided "as is." We do our best to keep them accurate but we don't guarantee completeness or timeliness.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can close your account at any time from settings or by emailing hello@morwl.com. When you do, we stop processing your data and delete it within a reasonable window.
We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or is being used in a way that harms other users.
Sections that should survive termination — IP ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability — will.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under applicable Indian arbitration laws, in the jurisdiction of our registered office.
